The Willow, Catskill

The decor throughout the Willow Pond Motel created a charming atmosphere. My room, the Standard Studio, was nicely decorated and clean. I loved the thoughtful amenities like the fridge and tv. The responsive service from Michael enhanced my experience. Breakfast at the Pantry on Main was a good find. I found the bathroom sink too small and lacking in counter space were good. There also weren't enough outlets for my devices. Space felt cramped due to the extra furniture, which wasn't ideal. Despite these drawbacks, I appreciated the cozy common areas and beautiful surroundings were great.

The staff was supper friendly and welcoming and provided us with tips.

there were a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, a microwave and a refrigerator in the room, loved that. there was bathtubs, a plus for me. the location was exceptionally nice, in the middle of jackson, in the beautiful area. stayed for 1 night, everyone was super-friendly, i felt safe.

Cozy room, good breakfast, attentive service, with a tv for entertainment and free parking making my stay as a solo traveler both convenient and enjoyable.

The garden patios provided a nice spot for morning coffee, giving it a cozy feel. The decor throughout the place adds a unique charm that stands out.

Opening the lock box at night was a challenge due to indistinguishable numbers, and parking was confusing without clear signage. The lack of natural light from the blackout blinds meant I either gave up privacy or had to deal with darkness. Walls are thin, so there's little peace and quiet. The single knob lock didn't inspire much confidence regarding safety.

The noise from neighbors was a bit much, shaking the walls, and for all that we paid, I kinda expected more than just a shower. A bath would have been nice to relax in too! The tiny bathroom sink could've used some extra space.

I really enjoyed the cozy vibe with all the indoor plants and spent some lovely evenings unwinding on the patio while enjoying my coffee. The available jacuzzi and peaceful garden space made it easy to relax and recharge after a long day. The only thing was that there was a little noise from outside at times, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. 😊

I appreciated the short walk to nearby parks and the convenience of exploring attractions like the catskill mountain house just a few kilometers away , making it easy to soak up the local scenery.

Just a good pick for a quick trip in Catskill with excellent value for money. The cozy decor made the atmosphere cute. Make sure to check out the garden patios for a peaceful coffee break.

I really loved the stylish and sharp decor at willow pond motel. The beautiful queen studio featured beautiful wood floors, a lively floral duvet, and tasteful potted plants. It was a pleasant surprise to find a kitchenette area complete with a table and chairs, perfect for our short stay. It's also a short walk to nearby parks.
